1. Scope
These terms cover this website and the SlotGuard browser extension for Chrome. If SlotGuard releases further products in the future (mobile applications, API services), these terms will be updated or supplemented before those products become available.
2. What SlotGuard is
SlotGuard is an informational tool. It observes which domain serves an online casino game and compares that domain against a database of known provider and flagged infrastructure. Its output — a green, red or gray status — is information about the serving domain, nothing more.
3. No warranty of casino safety
SlotGuard does not certify casinos, does not verify licences, and does not evaluate business practices. A green status does not mean a casino is safe, fair, licensed or trustworthy. A red or gray status is a caution signal, not a legal finding about any operator.
4. No guarantee of RTP, payouts, legality or licensing
SlotGuard does not measure or audit game mathematics, RTP, or payout behaviour, and makes no representations about them. It does not assess whether gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. Verifying the legality of online gambling where you live is your responsibility.
5. Your decisions remain yours
SlotGuard provides information to support your own judgement. Decisions to play, deposit or withdraw are yours alone. We are not responsible for losses, missed winnings, or any other consequences of gambling decisions made with or without SlotGuard.
6. No affiliation
SlotGuard is independent. Listing a game provider in the database means its serving domains are recognized — it does not imply partnership, sponsorship or endorsement in either direction, unless explicitly stated.
7. Responsible gambling
Gambling involves real financial risk and can be addictive. Play only with money you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, seek help — most countries offer free, confidential support services and self-exclusion programs.
8. Age restriction
SlotGuard relates to gambling content and is intended only for persons aged 18 or over (or the higher applicable age of majority for gambling in your jurisdiction).
9. Acceptable use of the report function
The report function exists to flag genuinely unknown or suspicious game domains. Deliberately submitting false, misleading or spam reports — including attempts to damage a competitor or manipulate database statuses — is prohibited and may lead to reports from the source being ignored.
10. Limitation of liability
The website and extension are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, SlotGuard. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
